Precautions for machine spraying process:
For coating machine spraying, the spraying method must be overlapping coverage method, as shown in the figure above, the spray width specification and overlapping part specification are set according to the actual equipment. After spraying the entire board, add a partial spray on the key spraying place , such as the power pin board on the radiator . Check whether the veneer is evenly sprayed under the purple light, and if it is uneven, use touch-up paint to solve it. The working standard for painting the front and back of the PCBA is: spray the upper side of the electronic device first, blow dry for about 20 minutes or after drying, and then turn the PCBA over and spray the lower component side after confirming that the surface is dry. If there are SMD components on the front and back, the downward side should be raised when manual painting, and the electronic components should not touch the tray.
