Chengyuan reflow soldering is divided into four temperature zones according to the function of the temperature zone: heating zone, constant temperature zone, soldering zone, and cooling zone.

Common reflow soldering in the market includes eight temperature zone reflow soldering, six temperature zone reflow soldering, ten temperature zone reflow soldering, twelve temperature zone reflow soldering, fourteen temperature zone reflow soldering, etc. These can be manufactured according to customer needs . However, only eight temperature zone reflow soldering is common in the professional market. For reflow soldering in eight temperature zones, the temperature setting of each temperature zone is mainly related to the solder paste and the product to be soldered. The function of each zone is quite critical. Generally speaking, the first and second zones are used as preheating zones, and the third and fourth five are the preheating zones. 1. Preheating zone

The preheating zone is heated to 175 degrees, and the duration is about 100S. It can be seen from this that the heating rate of the preheating zone can be obtained (because this detector adopts online testing, it has not entered the preheating zone for a period of time from 0 to 46S. , duration 146–46=100S, since the indoor temperature is 26 degrees 175–26=149 degrees heating rate; 149 degrees/100S=1.49 degrees/S)

2. Constant temperature zone

The maximum temperature in the constant temperature zone is around 200 degrees, the duration is 80 seconds, and the difference between the high temperature and the low temperature is 25 degrees

The highest temperature in the reflow zone is 245 degrees, the lowest temperature is 200 degrees, and the time to reach the peak is about 35/S; the heating in the reflow zone
