Operating requirements for lead-free wave soldering equipment

The work of the lead-free wave soldering equipment begins with the plug-in circuit board being transported by the chain conveyor belt. It is first preheated in the preheating area of the lead-free wave soldering equipment (the component preheating and the temperature to be reached are still determined by the predetermined temperature curve control). In actual soldering of lead-free wave soldering equipment, it is usually necessary to control the preheating temperature of the top surface of the component, so many lead-free wave soldering equipment have added corresponding temperature detection devices (such as infrared detectors). After preheating, the components enter the lead bath of the lead-free wave soldering equipment for soldering. The tin bath of lead-free wave soldering equipment is filled with molten liquid solder. The nozzle at the bottom of the steel bath will melt the solder into a wave peak of a certain shape. In this way, when the soldering surface of the circuit board passes through the wave peak, it will be heated by the solder wave. At the same time, the solder wave will also The welding area is moistened and extended fill is performed to finalize the welding process. The entire soldering process of lead-free wave soldering equipment must be operated by one or two people. Next, Chengyuan Automation will talk about the operating requirements of lead-free wave soldering equipment.

Lead-free wave soldering

(1) Strictly control the computer parameter settings of the lead-free wave soldering machine according to the parameters given by the lead-free wave soldering production process;

(2) Record the operating parameters of the lead-free wave soldering machine on time every day;

(3) Ensure that the distance between two consecutive boards placed on the conveyor belt of the spray-type lead-free wave soldering machine is not less than 5CM;

(4) Check the flux spray status of the lead-free wave soldering machine every hour. The 5S status of the spray exhaust hood must be checked every time the machine is switched to ensure that no flux drips onto the PCB;

(5) Check every hour whether the wave peak of the lead-free wave soldering machine is flat and whether the nozzle is blocked by tin slag, and deal with the problem immediately;

(6) If the operator finds that the parameters given by the process cannot meet the requirements during the production process, he is not allowed to adjust the wave peak parameters by himself, and immediately informs the engineer to deal with it.
